As the founder and director of Kene Photography, I do more than press a shutter. My role is to lead with vision, structure, and intention—guiding couples, guests, and our team so each wedding flows naturally and beautifully. Think of me as both a creative lead and a quiet host: I make sure people feel comfortable, scenes look their best, and every story is told with clarity and heart.
As a Black Hills wedding photographer, I combine technical mastery, cinematic storytelling, and years of creative experience to bring discipline and artistry to weddings across Rapid City, South Dakota, the Black Hills & beyond. Whether stepping in to guide a timeline, adjusting details before a shot, or letting moments unfold, I balance direction with intuition. My role is to hold the bigger picture while honoring the smallest details—ensuring your memories are preserved with authenticity and timeless strength.

While I personally lead every project, I don’t work alone. For weddings and larger productions, I bring in trusted collaborators who complement my style and strengthen the experience for our clients.
